What is MSM powder?

MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is an organic sulfur compound. It consists of sulfur, methyl groups and oxygen. The pure sulfur content is 34%. It is also called dimethyl sulfone.

Organic sulfur occurs naturally in plant, animal and human organisms. It is also a component of fresh fruits, vegetables, seafood and meat.

We also consume sulfur in small doses through our diet. This has changed due to our current diet and the changing environmental conditions and processing methods in the food industry.

Today we consume much less sulfur than was the case when we were originally living on a self-sufficient diet. By taking MSM powder, we can provide our body with organic sulfur in a form that is easily absorbed and usable by the organism. Our MSM has a high degree of purity of 99.5%.

Diet recommendation

Stir 1/4 measuring spoon into drinks (e.g. water, tea, orange juice) or cold dishes twice a day. This corresponds to 2 g of MSM powder per day.
